Message an agent

I'll guide you on how you can connect with an agent in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

1. Open a web browser, then sign in to QBSE.
2. Select Assistant from the top bar.
3. Ask general questions or enter your concern.
4. If you want to connect with us directly, type or say “Talk to a human.”
5. Then choose a way to connect with a representative.
