Hi millysmuddymutts, thanks for joining the Community - please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to the latest version to fix, and check that the general settings on your device are set to allow the app to run in the background (if you don't let this run in the background, the app only tracks trips when its open and active on your screen). If the trips are still not recording following this, please get back to us below with the version of the app you're using (iOS or Android).
