Mileage recording . My Qb app is working fine, recording my trips etc. however the information is then not syncing with QBO. Any ideas?

You can start by making sure your phone’s location permissions are set to Allow all the time option. Then, the physical activity permission is also set to Allow option.

Once done, go to your phone settings to allow QuickBooks Online (QBO) to run in the background while your phone is using data. Then, update your Android app to give you access to the latest features and improves app security/stability.
