Once confirmed, but you still can't see the mileage tracker, let's now reset the app's data to eliminate the cache and refresh back into its default state. You can perform the process within your mobile app or through your phone's settings. Let me guide you on how:
In the QuickBooks Online app:
Android:
In the More Options menu, select Settings.
Then, click Refresh Data.
Next, select Yes.
iOS
Click the ☰ menu and select Help & Feedback.
Then, tap Refresh Data.
Next, click the Refresh button.
Phone settings:
Android
Go to your device's Settings andselect Apps (varies by device).
From there, choose the QuickBooks app, and then click Storage.
Then, select Clear Data.
iOS
Go to the Setting and select General. Then, click iPhone Storage.
Next, choose the app that's taking up a lot of space.
Then, select Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.
You can also uninstall and reinstall the app. When finished, check to see the mileage tracker.
If the same thing happens, I recommend reaching out to our Phone support team to further investigate the root cause of the issue.
Please don't hesitate to post again here if you have any other concerns about managing your QBO app. I'll be always around to lend a hand. Have a good day ahead.
