We received reports regarding the Mileage auto-tracking feature is not working in QuickBooks Self-Employed. A ticket (INV-38423) was created and forwarded to our Product Engineers. They are now working to fix this as soon as possible.
That said, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team so they can add you to our notification list. This helps our Engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll receive an email notification once the investigation is done with a resolution. I'll also update you on this post as well.
