Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Hollick. Let's work together to resolve the issue with your missing data for the 2024-2025 tax year in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

To begin, let's check your filters to ensure they are properly configured. Confirm that the Date range filter includes the entire 2024-2025 tax year and that both the Type and Account filters are set to All so that all transactions are visible.

If the filters are correctly set and the data is still missing, I recommend contacting our live support team for assistance. They have the tools to securely review your account, identify the issue, and offer personalized support to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Regarding our live support team, you can reach them during their availability:

  • Live Chat support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Callback support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
