Hello Daniel, Did you use the Quickbooks app on your old phone? Are using the app as well on the new one? Is it just the contacts or is all the income and expenses missing? If it is everything you may be looking at a different account. We'd like to look at this further are you able to PM/DM us on Facebook or Twitter to Quickbooks UK  your email address(it would get redacted if you posted it here) and we'll take a look and get this resolve.
