My ‘add notes’ has stopped working on the app. Does anybody know why? Thankyou

Being unable to add notes is unusual behavior. I recommend contacting Intuit Experts, as they have specialized tools to investigate this issue further and help you resolve it.

As a workaround, you can add notes through the browser to continue your work without interruptions.
