My bank account payments haven’t updated for a week now so can’t tally invoices - any ideas?

Hello, Lucy. Let’s make sure to update your bank account in QuickBooks by refreshing your Bank Transactions page.

Here's how: 

1. Navigate to the Transactions menu.
2. Select Bank Transactions.
3. Click on Refresh to update the page.
   
    

   

    

Once you’ve completed the update, you can then record your invoice payments to keep your financial records accurate and up to date. This will help you manage your cash flow and track what you’ve received from customers.

After recording payment, remember to categorize your transactions to keep your financial data organized. This will make it easier to track your income and expenses.
