my dashboard hasnt updated to the new tax year its showing 25/26 as 26/27 25/26 is showing as 24/25 also creating an invoice today 6th April its storing it as 5th April

Hello there, Di66. It appears the system is experiencing a date-mapping error triggered by the start of the new tax year. It’s essentially mislabeling the 25/26 and 26/27 periods and defaulting your invoice dates to the last day of the previous tax year (April 5th) until the update fully processes.

 

To troubleshoot this, please try logging in using a different web browser or through an Incognito/Private window. This will help determine if the problem is caused by outdated cached data in your current browser.
