My invoice has lost the pay by card functionality which Quickbooks have removed

Since the Pay by Card functionality isn't showing on your invoices, you can get in touch with our live support experts to take a closer look at your Payments setup.

 

You can access Payments from anywhere, so traveling shouldn't prevent you from using this feature. Our support team can check your account directly and identify why the option is missing.

 

To contact them, go to the (?) Help icon > Contact Us > enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue > Choose how you would like to connect with them.
