Hello there, Forths. It's possible that your client's email provider is restricting messages from Intuit, which causes some emails to be flagged as spam. You can advise them to right-click the email, then select This is not spam or Not Junk.

 

If the issue persists, they can add the QuickBooks products sender addresses to their contact list, address book, safe senders list or allow list.
