For Android devices:
From More Options⋮, choose Settings.
Select Refresh Data, and then click Yes.
For iOS devices:
From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
Choose Refresh Data, and then click Refresh.
If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the appto refresh its setup. For now, you can access the bank feeds using the web browser.
