Hi there, Joe. Your Santander bank and QuickBooks may have expired, and you need to disconnect and reconnect your Santander bank account for security updates, which are often required every 90 days.

 

Once connected, transactions will automatically flow into QuickBooks, ready for review and categorisation. You can also log in directly to the Santander website to ensure there are no notifications or security updates that require your attention.
