Our auditors have asked for a download of our GL and in running it we've found that it doesn't include journals but it did previously; anyone else?

I want to ensure you can include the journals when downloading General Ledger, Kate.

When downloading the General Ledger (GL) report in QuickBooks Online, the report may not show journal entries due to a few common reasons:

• Date range mismatch
• Incorrect account filters
• Journal entry status
• Class or location tracking
• Report Customisation

If you've checked the above and still can't find your journal entry, review it for any inconsistencies, such as being posted under the wrong account or made in error.
