P45 not showing for an employee marked as leaver and with last payroll already processed. Also tried with no success using browser in incognito mode. Can someone help?

We recommend that view the pay calendar to ensure that the correlate with the leaving date of the employee. The pay period dates of the last period may not correspond with the date of the leaver.
