Codes 590 and 390 are temporary errors that usually self resolve within 48 hours. It happens if your bank is making some changes.
You can also disconnect, then re-add the account is persisting for more than 48 hours. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts.
Look for the bank and click on it.
Click the Delete icon in the upper-right had corner of the bank.
Type in Delete to confirm and click Delete.
