Project Reports based on estimates

I want to see how my projects are performing.

Can I run a profitability report based on project estimate vs. expenses as I don't invoice for my project until work is near complete and projects can last months.

Can I run a single report that shows how all projects are performing in one view rather than an individual report per project?
