Hi there. I got here a set of steps to help you update your email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, if nothing happens when you click a button or link it means that pop-up windows are being blocked. The troubleshooting steps depend on the browser you're using. Please refer to the steps below:
For Google Chrome
Open Chrome and select More⋮, then click Settings.
Next, under Privacy and security, select Site settings.
Then, select Pop-ups and redirects.
Select the option to allow or disallow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.
If you want to keep pop-ups blocked, you can add an exception for QBO by selecting the Add button.
Then, enter qbo.intuit.com and click Add.
For Safari
Open Safari and select Preferences.
Next, click Security.
Then, uncheck the Block pop-up windows box to enable pop-ups.
For Firefox
Open Firefox and select Menu ≡, then click Settings.
Next, under Privacy and Security scroll down to Permissions.
Then, go to the Block pop-up windows uncheck the box, or select Exceptions… and add qbo.intuit.com as an exception by clicking on Allow.
Click Save Changes.
After that, sign out, close Firefox, reopen it, and sign back in.
Try accomplishing the task you were blocked from before.
