If you're referring to the Custom form styles tab, it's unusual for it to be missing from your Settings menu. A temporary browser glitch often causes this issue.

Please try refreshing the browser page and logging out and back in. Then, go to the Gear icon again to see if it appears.

If the issue persists, use an incognito window to start a new session without any cached data or cookies that may be causing the problem. Alternatively, you could switch to a different browser.

As a workaround, you can still access and manage it through the transaction pages. For the invoice or estimate, here's how:

    1. Open the entry, then click Manage at the top right.
    2. Scroll down to Design and select its dropdown menu.
    3. Hit Add/Edit to adjust.

For the sales receipt, open its page and click Customise > Edit Current at the bottom.
