Hello there, Russell.  In QuickBooks, the Review and Approve button appears to be unclickable at first. However, once you send the estimate to the recipient, that button will activate and become clickable on their end.

Regarding the error 400 that you're encountering, this indicates that the server cannot process the request due to a perceived issue, often related to corrupted data. To resolve this, we can start by clearing the cache and cookies in your browser. It’s important to note that doing this will log you out of websites and erase saved preferences, but your QuickBooks data will remain safe and intact. You’ll simply need to log back in afterward.

As an alternative, you can also try signing in using a private browser or incognito mode, which can help you bypass this error without needing to clear your current browser's cache and cookies. If you'd prefer not to remove saved passwords and cached files, consider using a different supported browser for accessing your QuickBooks account. This can enhance your overall experience and help prevent similar issues in the future.

If you have further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist.
