We pay PAYE to HMRC quarterly but QB auto posts a payment every month which I have to delete. Is there any way to change this to quarterly or cancel it altogether?

Currently, QuickBooks Online does not allow users to adjust, cancel, or change the auto-posting frequency for PAYE payments, gbvoni.

The software is designed to automatically post PAYE payments every month to ensure compliance with standard payroll reporting practices, regardless of your filing schedule. Unfortunately, these entries cannot be modified to fit a quarterly schedule.
