when i follow the tutorials i cant unsubmit cis

Hello Mk1-build-outlook, thanks for posting on the Community page, to unfile a CIS return in QuickBooks.

You can follow these steps:

1. Go to Taxes and select CIS.
2. Select View Return on the period you wish to unfile.
3. Click Un-file. 
4. Tap Yes to confirm and continue, then select Done.
