When I try to add payroll to my subscription, it just gets stuck on the loading screen.

Blank pages or loading screens can occur when the session that loads QuickBooks resources is interrupted, emblenequestrian.

 

We can click the Refresh icon in the upper-left corner of your browser or press F5 on your keyboard. This will refresh the page, restart the session, and reload the QuickBooks Online resources.

 

Alternatively, you can use a different browser. Just make sure the browser you switch to is up-to-date and compatible with QuickBooks Online.

 

After resolving the issue, you’ll be able to continue managing your payroll subscription and navigating QuickBooks Online without interruptions.
