Question

When I try to link revolut business account. It gets to last page then fails. It shows connected with qb with revolut. But no sign in qb to sort transaction

Have you received a specific error message at the last step? Knowing that can help us pin it down, but you will likely need to turn on the Multicurrency feature first.    

 

Because Revolut Business accounts hold balances in multiple currencies, QuickBooks often rejects the connection at the final step if you haven't enabled this feature. Please keep in mind that once this feature is on, you cannot change it back.

 

Here is how to enable it:

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Choose Edit in the Currency section and select your Home Currency.
  4. Select the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm you understand that this action is permanent.
  5. Select Save, then select Done.

 

Once done, try linking your bank account again.
