Since your Amex bank isn't updating, let's manually download your latest transactions. Here's how:
Click Banking from the left menu.
Select Amex, click the Update button.
If it's still not downloading the transactions, log in to your Amex website, and check for any alerts or notifications. Any messages or sign-in issues can block our program from downloading new transactions.
