Here's how:

From the left navigation menu, click on the Invoices tab.
In the Invoices section, if the invoice is unpaid, select the drop-down arrow next to Mark as paid and choose Send reminder.
If the invoice has already been paid, click the drop-down arrow next to View and select Send.
Scroll down to find the Email Message section, where you can customize your message.
After making your changes, click Send again.
