Where is there a list of payments taken?

You can run reports to see all the payments entered in QuickBooks Online, Outwoodbound.

If you're referring to the payments you received from your customers, you can run the Invoices and Received Payments report. You can also add the Account full name column to show which account is affected.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Reports tab, then look for the Invoices and Received Payments report.
2. In the report, select the Switch to modern view to display the account's full name.
   
3. Select Columns, then tick the Account full name checkbox.
   

On the other hand, if you're referring to the payments you've sent to your suppliers, you can run the Bills and Applied Payments report. You can also add the Account full name column to show which account is affected.

Please refer to the steps below:

1. Click the Reports tab, then look for the Bills and Applied Payments report.
2. In the report, click Columns, then tick the Account full name checkbox.
   

Also, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report and filter to Transaction type to only show all the payments, whether they are from your suppliers or customers.

Here's how:

1. Click the Reports tab, then look for the Transaction Detail by Account report.
2. In the report, click the Filter.
3. Select the Transaction type from the first dropdown.
4. From the third dropdown, select all the types of payments applicable.
   

After running the reports, please know that you can export them as Excel or PDF files if you wish to have a copy for reference without signing in to QBO.
