Why can’t I alter information of snap receipt on mobile app

Snap Receipts captured through the mobile app are designed to ensure accurate information and maintain compliant financial records, Hire1.

Once the Snap Receipts have been uploaded, they are not included in your books, and you need to review, edit, add, or match them with existing transactions in QuickBooks.

Altering the snap receipt information in the mobile app is not possible, as receipts need to be matched with the appropriate transaction first.
