On the other hand, if you're considering discontinuing the use of QuickBooks Online as your accounting software, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and Billing.
2. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online. If you're cancelling a trial, you can select Cancel Trial.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
