Hi, @nickrs. If your bank is connected to QuickBooks, there are several reasons why some incoming payments might be missing. Common causes include transaction status, bank maintenance, or the 90-day token limit.

Which bank do you use? Could you check for any specific error message or codes (103 or 185) on your banking page?

Please keep these points in mind:

  • QuickBooks relies on the data your bank provides. Some banks share up to a year of history, while others only allow the last 90 days.
  • You can click Update on the Banking page to manually refresh the connection.
  • I recommend logging in to your bank's website to check for alerts or maintenance notifications that might be blocking the feed.

I’ve included a resource on how to find and fix missing transactions. If they still haven't appeared, you can download a CSV or .qbo file from your bank and upload it manually to keep your records current whilst we resolve the feed issue.

Once these steps are completed, your feed should sync correctly. If you have any other questions, feel free to drop them in the comments.
