why does my company logo upload perfectly, but once i go back onto the business logo screen, it looks pixelated?

A blurry logo usually happens because the uploaded image resolution is too low. In QuickBooks Online, it often comes down to file compression, image dimensions, or color settings. For instance, if your original image is huge, QuickBooks automatically shrinks and compresses it down.

 

To ensure your logo displays correctly, use an image file that meets the following criteria:

 

  • Format: .gif, .bmp, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg
  • Size: Smaller than 10 MB
  • Colour depth: 24-bits or less
  • Shape: Square (rectangles may not display correctly)
  • Colour space: RGB (you must convert CMYK images to RGB using a tool like Adobe Photoshop before uploading)
