Question

Why has page size at bank accounts gone down to a measily 50, the old format had 300 on it, this is a right pain!

By default, QuickBooks Online (QBO) limits the displayed accounts to 50 every time you sign in or refresh your software, Nick.
 

To adjust this and show the desired number of accounts, go to your Bank Transactions page or Chart of Accounts (CoA). Click the Gear icon at the top-right corner, then select 300 under Page Sizes. Kindly see the screenshot below as a reference:


If this option isn't available on your end, clear the cache to ensure this isn't a browser-related issue. Choose your browser from the list below for detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot it:

 

 

If the issue persists after clearing your browser cache, try utilizing other QBO-supported browsers.
 

Speaking of CoA, mark unused accounts inactive to retain past transaction data for reporting instead of deleting them. You can find more information about this topic in this article: Make an account inactive on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.
