Why have my expences disappeared from my app

Your expenses may have disappeared due to a sync delay between the app and your QuickBooks Online account. Please verify that you have logged in to the same account used to enter the expenses and that your device has a stable internet connection, as both can affect data visibility.

 

If you've confirmed both, I suggest refreshing the page or using the refresh feature to update your information. You can do this by going to Menu > Gear icon > Refresh Data. Also, check the App Store or Google Play Store to verify the app is fully updated, as older versions can cause display issues.

 

If the problem persists, do a clean installation (uninstall and reinstall) of the app to remove cached data that might be causing sync or visibility errors. Please wait for the sync to complete before re-entering any data to prevent duplicate records.
