I'll lend a hand to ensure you'll be able to add your logo seamlessly, @emma-darlingava-.
Before we proceed with troubleshooting steps, may I know if you encounter any error messages when adding your logo to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Any additional information is a great help so I can provide you with a timely resolution. In the meantime, below are the instructions you can follow so you can finish your task.
QBO has set a list of criteria for uploading your logo. Aside from having a file size of less than 10 MB, here are other things you need to consider:
The logo should be a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
Have a bit depth (or colour depth) of 24-bits or less.
If the same thing happens, we can use an incognito browser to add your logo. This way we can determine if this is a browser-related issue since private mode does not store cache and cookies and makes the program run better. Refer to the following shortcut keys to open one and then, go to the QBO log in page to access your company.
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, press CTRL + Shift + N
However, if the same issue persists, I suggest switching and using another supported browser to help us narrow the cause of this unexpected behaviour.
I've also got here a list of frequently asked questions about logos in QBO. This will further guide you in managing them in your company and sales forms.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comment section down below. I'll be always around ready to help. Have a great day ahead.
