Anyone worked out how to get a transaction listing by date that includes attachments?

Currently, there isn’t an option in QuickBooks to generate a transaction list by date that specifically includes transactions with attachments. We value your feedback and encourage you to share your suggestions with our development team, as they may consider adding this feature in the future.

In the meantime, you can enable the Attachments feature within your Chart of Accounts and export the transaction data to an Excel file. This will allow you to track transactions that include attachments. However, please note that the file will be organized by bank account rather than by date.

Here's how you can enable attachments and export the transaction list into an Excel file:

1. Go to Transactions and select Chart of Accounts.
   
2. Choose a bank account and click Account History.
3. Click the Settings icon located on the right-hand side of the table header.
   
4. Tick the checkbox for Attachments.
5. Click Export.
