When you say restore all data, are you referring to deleted transactions in QuickBooks Online? If so, once a transaction is deleted in QuickBooks Online we're unable to restore or undo the action. You can use the Audit log report to view the details and help you recreate the transaction on file. Here's how you can check the audit logs:
Click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
Click on Audit log.
Click on the drop-down to Filter, then choose a period to view.
To view all transactions, click on Show All Events.
Click on Apply.
Click on View link to see data of the transaction.
In the Audit History window, go to the History of this transaction.
