Hi there, Alice. When upgrading to Open Banking feeds, you'll need to provide your Australian Business Number and nominate a representative as part of the two security steps required by Australian regulations.

 

If you have received an invitation to upgrade, completing these two requirements is necessary for the process to succeed. If you aren't able to provide them, it’s likely why the upgrade is failing.
