Question

Has anyone had an issue where you lodge a BAS to the ATO but they aren't then showing up in the history?

Hi there, Marnies.

When you submitted the BAS, did you receive a confirmation message within QBO or from the ATO? This is a key indicator that the submission was successful.

Also, please ensure that your QBO account is correctly linked to the ATO and the connection is active. Sometimes, a disconnection can occur due to authorization expirations or other technical reasons.

Furthermore, verify the BAS period you are trying to lodge. It's possible the lodgement was for a different date range, so the history you are checking may not align with the actual BAS lodging period.

If everything is in order, I recommend logging in using a private or incognito browser if you haven't already. Sometimes, outdated or corrupted files in your regular browser can cause display issues, such as the missing history you're experiencing.

If logging in through incognito mode doesn’t resolve the issue, please restart your browser to clear any outdated processes and ensure updates take effect. A supported and up-to-date browser can also improve performance and security when working with QBO.

Should the issue persist even after trying these initial browser troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our Live Support team for further assistance. They have specialized tools to access your account securely and perform additional steps to investigate the issue.
