Hi, can anyone teach me how can I record the accountant's charge for trademarks application please? Is it a legal or professional expense? or should I put it under asset?

Assuming fees are not charged by IP Australia and fees are charged by

the accountant needs to be treated as a professional expense.

Note: Assuming this is an internally generated Trademark as per IAS 38 cannot be recognised as an asset.
