Glad to see you here, Andre. You can enable the built-in Service date column.

 

This is specifically designed to indicate the exact date the work was rendered. Let me show you how to turn it on:

 

  1. Go to the Settings or Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Proceed to the Sales tab.
  3. In the Sales form content section, make sure the Service date option is turned ON and saved.

 

 

If the job spanned multiple days, you can enter the entire date range (for example, "11/01/2025 - 11/05/2025") in the Description field for the corresponding product or service line.
