How do I export data from Quickbooks after a subscription has ended? I need profit and loss, transactions ect.. all the reports from the previous financial year?

There's an easy way to export your data in QuickBooks Online, one of which is using the Export data feature, Hello246.

Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
3. Under Tools, click the Export Data.
4. Set the preferred date in the Pre-selected date ranges.
5. You can choose between Reports or List, then toggle the switch on for the one you wish to export.
6. After that, click the Export to Excel.

For your transactions, you can run a Transaction List by Date report and export it. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Reports in the left corner of your screen.
2. In the Search bar, type Transaction List by Date.
3. Filter the Report period to custom, then set the date you prefer to show in the reports.
4. Once done, navigate to the Export icon beside the Print icon.
5. You can choose whether to Export to Excel, Export to PDF, or Export as CSV.
