How do I include ALL transactions with the same description instead of one at a time.. I have created a rule but it's only picking up the 1 transaction I'm editing

Hi usercloudbooksbyjudy,

When you are setting up the bank rule you can select All transactions with that Exact description.

If that is not working please contact the Support Team and one of our experts will look into this for you.
