How do I process square transactions in quickbooks?

Once you connect your square app in QuickBooks Online, you can view your square transactions in the App transactions tab. Here's how to check them:

1. Click on the Transactions tab.
2. Click on App transactions.
3. From the list you'll see your daily transactions downloaded from the square app.

QBO automatically downloads your square transactions once you connect the app on file. Once a payment is downloaded from your bank feeds, you can match them to the square transactions. 

To match the payments from square transactions:

1. Click on Transactions tab.
2. Click on Bank transactions.
3. Locate the bank account where square payments are downloaded.
4. Click on Find match if there are no possible matches found.
