Hi accounts295,

Are you able to provide me with the specific steps you follow that result in this behaviour? I am so far unable to replicate this and would like to test this following the path you are taking. In the meantime, I can suggest clearing your browser's cache to ensure this is not interfering with your experience. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best results with QuickBooks Online, and you can follow these steps to clear the cache:

1. Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen.
2. Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked.
3. Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data.
4. Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more.
