Go to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
Click Cancel.
You’ll see a page that details product benefits, and the last day you'll be able to use your subscription. Select Continue to cancel.
A pop-up confirming your subscription is cancelled. Select Got it.
Please note that after you cancel your subscriptions, you will still have read-only access to your account for 12 months. After this period, all your data in QuickBooks Online will no longer be accessible.
