How to export all data of files into hard disk?

Let me provide some information on how we can export data from QuickBooks Online account.

The back up feature is currently available in the QuickBooks Online Advanced version only. If you are using the QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials or Plus version, we will have to use the export data option to download reports and list for back up purposes.

Here's how to export reports and lists:

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. Click on Export data.
3. On the reports tab select a date range.
4. Select items from the Reports and List.
5. Click on Export to Excel.
