I have just linked the bank account but only 1x transaction is showing. Does it take time for everything to show?

If you've connected your bank account through Direct feeds connection, please know that there's no historical transactions downloaded to QuickBooks Online. QBO will download the bank feeds from the time you're direct feeds connection got activated.

If you need to add older transactions in QuickBooks Online, you can upload your transactions using CSV file or manually enter them in QBO. Here's how:

1. Click on Transactions, and choose Bank transactions.
2. Click on the bank account, and click on the drop down arrow next to Link account.
3. Choose Upload from file.
4. Select the bank file, click on Continue.
5. Follow the prompts and click on Done.
6. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
7. Click on Yes, and click on Done.
