Question

I have tasks set up that are all reoccurring, so I don't miss a job. All set up correctly, I just went in to check June tasks and they are all missing.

Hi, @businessbythebea. I understand how concerning it is to find your recurring tasks missing, especially since you set them up to ensure no jobs are overlooked. 

 

To resolve this, let's check your tasks filter to see if June is included and verify the status of each task. You can do this by selecting the Tasks icon > Go to task manager > Click the Funnel icon to set the Start and End dates. Then, choose the specific criteria for your missing tasks to narrow down the results and select Apply

 

If the tasks still do not appear, refresh your browser, then log out and log back in to your QuickBooks Online account to force the system refresh and sync any missing data.
