I have this app on my phone can I install and open with all my information and data on my laptop?

Yes, you can! As long as you have paid for QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription, you can install and use QB mobile app either the iOS or Android version to your smartphone or tablet, and sign in with your QuickBooks user credentials. The good thing about using the mobile app is you can stay connected with the activity happening within your book wherever you are.  

Still, you can open with all your information and data on your laptop. You can either install an app or use QuickBooks supported browser to access your QBSE account.
